Jacqui Bull

Jacqui Bull has been in IT recruitment since 1994. Jacqui started her recruitment career in the secretarial market place before joining an international recruitment company where she was an Associate Director running teams who recruited for the finance, banking, commerce and industrial markets. Jacqui joined McCabe & Barton in May 2006 and manages the Core Technology Team and MBCI.

Lucy Judge

Lucy started in recruitment in 1999. Throughout her career Lucy has focused on recruiting contract and permanent technologists at all levels for Investment Banks, Asset/Wealth Managers and Clearing Houses across  London and Europe.

Lucy joined  McCabe & Barton in May 2012 to deliver Business Analysts/Project Managers and Change Management professionals to the financial services industry.

Jay Patel

Jay joined McCabe and Barton in 2013, with a focus on specialising within the contract and interim market. Jay is a Business Transformation specialist and through his career has consistently provided IT and finance contract staff to leading global financial institutions. Jay has worked with Investment Banks, Retail Banks, hedge funds, Asset Management firms, financial consultancies, trading houses, as well as leading spread betting firms. 

Melissa Harding

Melissa started in recruitment in 2005 and has been filling mid to senior level technology appointments within the finance sector, covering a broad range of business areas and a background specialising in Application Support, Infrastructure and more recently Business Analysts and Project Managers.  Melissa graduated from Manchester University with a BA Hons in Latin in 1998 and she then travelled round the world solo before moving to London and working in Property Sales. Prior to joining McCabe & Barton in 2008, Melissa worked for a major IT recruitment company focused on the Financial markets.

Chris Culverhouse

Chris joined McCabe & Barton in the summer of 2011 after spending 9 months working in Gateshead, providing technical support for Apple. Previous to this Chris graduated in 2010 from Newcastle University, coming out with a 2:1 in Media, Communication and Culture. Chris has joined the contract and interim team, specialising in development.

Tomas Shanahan

Tom graduated in 2011 from Leeds Metropolitan University with a degree in Sports Business Management. Tom works as a Resourcer within the contracts team where he concentrates on finding and approaching prospective candidates for business analysts and project management role.

Daniel Wolff

Having graduated in 2010 with a Psychology degree, Daniel joined a major IT recruitment company where he specialised in IT development roles in the Financial Markets. Daniel moved to MBCI in February 2012 to focus on contract requirements for clients and candidates in the development space

Cem Ballikaya

Cem graduated in 2011 from King’s College London with a 2:1 Degree in Law. After spending 18 months travelling, Cem joined McCabe and Barton in 2013 as a Resourcer. Cem supports both the permanent and contract teams across roles incorporating the entire project life-cycle, including but not limited to: development, business analysis and project management.

Freddy Steele

Freddy graduated from Durham University in 2012 with a Degree in Natural Sciences and joined McCabe and Barton as a Resourcer in March 2013. Freddy works with candidates across both permanent and contract roles, specialising in Development and Business Analysis
