This team is led by Gillian McCabe and Russell Barton and is supported by Caroline Goldie.

Gillian McCabe worked in the City for over 18 years with companies such as NM Rothschild, Citigroup, BZW and NatWest Markets. Starting life as a programmer, Gillian’s latter roles included Head of Treasury IT and CAO.

Russell Barton has over 12 years experience recruiting senior IT and banking professionals for the financial marketplace. Russell began his career as a Foreign Exchange trader before working for one of the major IT training companies.

Caroline Goldie works as the senior researcher in McCabe & Barton. A graduate, Caroline spent over 3 years working in IT contract recruitment before joining us in August 2001.
